i)  To initiate projects and management of projects approved by the fellowship.
ii) Invest in the but not be limited to following sectors: mining, tourism, finance, transport, communication, construction, energy, immovable properties, health, education and farming.
iii) To create employment within the region
iv) To form consortiums
v) To offer business related assistance, empowerment and guidance to registered, affiliated and or subscribed members.
vi)        To offer various counseling (including Financial, Technical, Business, Social, Legal, Educational, Health, Religious) and compassionate support to its members.
vii)       To offer support on efforts made by various entities of the membership.
viii)      To make loans available to members for provident and productive purposes in the manner provided for under this constitution.
ix)        To undertake any other measures designed to encourage in members, the spirit and practice of prudence, mutual help and self help.
x)         To organise and facilitate general and specialised training on entrepreneurial development of members.
xi)        To offer relevant researches into the needs and available options for members with respect to inputs, processing and marketing of products.
xii)       To be involved in activities that promote directly and or indirectly, and are related to any or all of the above objectives
